1. Established Good Credit
    • 3 Forms of Credit open 3 years or more.
  2. Established Good Rental History
    • Established Rental History qualifications must not have any violations of their Lease Agreement within the last 3 years.
    • If you do not have any rental history and/or credit history, you must have a guarantor with established credit and/or rental history.
  3. Verifiable Income
    • Income must be at least 3 times rent.
    • If you do not have established income, you must have a guarantor with established credit and income.
