RENTAL PROCESS FOR LEASES STARTING JUNE 6, 2008 TO MAY 31, 2009

***Please call our office to check on availability of specific properties.

*We would like you to come into our office to turn in all forms for the rental process*

1. Applications and Co-signer forms (if needed) must be complete:
a.) Rental history must have full address' (apt. #'s) and telephone #'s of landlords.
b.)Social security #'s and date of births.
c.)Signatures, date, and address for which you are applying. We must verify signatures with a copy of I.D. or notarized signature is needed.
d.)Co-signer forms must have property you are leasing listed on bottom. Faxed copies are accepted, but original document is required for lease to be finalized.  ***We do not accept any faxes through our office, unless approved by management. 

2. If you are turning in applications for a group, they all must be turned in at the same time.
a.)Group leader needs to be established as contact person for applicants.

3. Application fee of $20 is required of all applications submitted, except current AAA Property residents.
*Application with Co-Signer form is considered as "one"

4. The property for which you are applying must be at the top of the group leader application. You can apply for second and third choices if property has been rented.

5. When you are approved, and lease is signed, you must put down $200 (one bedroom apts./houses) and/or $500 (two or more bedroom apts./houses) toward the security deposit due for the property.

6.The remaining balance of the security deposit will be due in full by May 5th.
