- Established Good Credit:
* 3 Forms of Credit-Open 3 years or more.
- Established Good Rental History:
* Established Rental History qualifications must not have any violations of their Lease Agreement within the last 3 years.
* If you do not have any rental history and/or credit history, you must have a guarantor with established credit and/or rental history.
- Verifiable Income:
* Income must be at least 3 times rent.
* If you do not have established income, you must have a guarantor with established credit and income.
